Best practices from Serbia, the region of the Western Balkans and the EU member states transferred to the members of the NEVO KUMPANIA social enterprise in a form of educations and practical workshops

Best practice guide development and dissemination on events throughout Serbia

Two events with national importance used to promote the project and the NEVO KUMPANIA Social Enterprise: Belgrade ECO Fair and the Serbian Solid Waste Association – SESWA Conference in Novi Sad.

Technical Level

Sustainable
Establishing stable social enterprise with 15-20 employees, very well managed, staffed with trained employees and equipped with technically and environmentally up-to date devices.

Economic Level

Improving
Incomes from enterprise work will serve to strengthen employees’ economic position and for development and improvement of important economy branch – circular economy.

Social Level

Empowering
Successfully performed project activities and dissemination of their effects will rise dignity of Roma people and they will be recognized as valuable workers in the Belgrade downtown community.

Political Level

Innovative
The Project could be recognized as “carrier of the new winds” in Serbian politics that increase employability on the most difficult field – rising number of Roma in legal socio-economic courses.

Environmental Level

Safe&Clean
About of 50% of the waste will be selected and prepared for recycling by Roma youth, who will be adequately trained to do that in the safe way, while using eco-friendly equipment - bicycles with electric motors.
